Global Leaders In Natural Playgrounds

DISRUPTIVE, TRANSFORMATIVE, RELENTLESS

Our Philosophy

Our mission is to connect 1M children to nature every day!

Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds is a leader in the development of natural playgrounds, and eco-friendly outdoor learning environments. We’re committed and passionate about sharing our expertise and insight into playground design and landscaping. We are advocates of this movement, sharing our knowledge worldwide. We believe in improving the experiences of kids in their playgrounds. Our playground company includes award-winning designers, architects, planners and educators who are united by their belief in the need to craft outdoor spaces that support children’s development through immersive experiences with nature.

The Living Streets initiative is designed to demonstrate the ease with which we might unlock community–building capacity in our urban spaces. Check out the Natural Parkscape project is an urban nature oasis that was installed along 200 metres of Parliament Street in Toronto’s Cabbagetown neighbourhood.

Green schoolyards, are outdoor educational spaces that are designed to offer learning opportunities while connecting children with nature. These schoolyards go beyond traditional playgrounds by incorporating elements such as gardens and locally sourced trees.
